Kochi Airport to Munnar

When you arrive at Kochi airport you will be received at the arrival terminal by our representative. We will proceed on a drive to Munnar and will stop in the waterfalls on the way. If elephants are sheltered at Kodanad and you can enough time after your arrival in Kochi Airport, we will arrange for an Elephant Center Visit as well. You can also stop at Neriamangalam bridge to watch Periyar river . Take pitstops on the Valara waterfalls and Cheeyappara Waterfalls on the way to Munnar . Check into the resort and Overnight at the resort

Day 2

Munnar Sightseeing

On reaching Munnar, check into the hotel, have your breakfast and proceed for the sightseeing tour of Munnar. Munnar is, undoubtedly, one of the best hill stations in Kerala. Located in the enchanting terrain, this hill station offers a spectacular view of misty valleys, low-flying clouds and cascading waterfalls. You can begin your tour by visiting the Anaimudi Peak. This peak is the highest peak of South India and offers a picturesque view of lofty hilly terrains. It is also the famous place for adventure lovers due to the fascinating trekking routes and campaigning at an altitude of 2700m. This place is truly a heaven for all nature enthusiasts.

Munnar to Thekkady

Once you reach Thekkady, check into the hotel, have your breakfast and proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady- a place known for its wildlife centers which teems with animal, plant species as well as colorful birds. There are many well-known tourist destinations in Thekkady that include Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, situated on the banks of the Periyar Lake. Being the main center of attraction of Thekkady, this place lures nature and wildlife lovers from different spheres of the globe. Spread across the area of 777 Sq. km, the vegetation of the sanctuary consists of tropical evergreen and semi-evergreen forest. Thekkady to Alleppey

On reaching Alleppey, check into the hotel, have your breakfast and proceed for the Alleppey tour- the land of backwaters and houseboats. Alleppey is truly a beautiful network of lagoons, canals and waterways with pristine backwaters, swaying coconut trees as well as green paddy fields and sleepy backwater villages. You can start your tour from Alleppey beach, where you can enjoy the blue waves kissing the pristine palm-fringed beach. The highlight of the beach is the 150 piers that extend into the sea.
